​Get ready to stand out at dance team tryouts! The Edge: Dance Team Prep is a one day  intensive designed for dancers and athletes looking to build the skills, strength, and confidence needed to excel on any high school, college, or competitive team.

​

Co-hosted by Unbound Dance Academy and Ameri-Kids, this intensive combines knowledgeable instruction with focused training in technique, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and performance quality. Dancers will refine fundamentals while improving endurance, core strength, and overall athleticism through targeted conditioning.

Whether you're preparing for upcoming tryouts or looking to elevate your performance, The Edge: Dance Team Prep provides the focused training needed to perform with confidence, power, and precision. Join us for an exciting experience that will help you take your skills to the next level.
